Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a cash-based medical practice membership alternative to the traditional insurance-centric health care model. The membership model shifts the time traditionally spent dealing with insurance companies to more quality time with the patient. Exquisite Beauty and Health Care, LLC does not bill insurance companies, but will provide patients with an itemized "super bill" which you can submit to your insurance company. Members ha e unlimited access to their provider and are offered same-day or next-day appointments. The monthly membership fee is payable on the 1st day of each month. Payment not received by the 5th business day of each month will incur a $20 late fee. 80-90% of care can be provided through the DPC model. However, Exquisite Beauty and Health Care encourages patients to purchase a major medical insurance plan for catastrophic illnesses or emergencies.
