       Exquisite Beauty and Health Care, LLC was founded by Charles Morgan, MSN, APRN-BC, FNP. He has 30 years medical experience-23 of those years as a Nurse Practitioner. He has 10 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology, and 13 years with a local hospitalist group. He can prescribe, diagnose, and manage most acute and chronic conditions. Charles obtained his autonomous license in 2022 due to the passing of House Bill 607. Advanced practice providers like Charles are a valuable asset with the current shortage of primary care.

     The Direct Primary Care (DPC) model restores the provider-to-patient relationship. DPC is an affordable, cash based membership which allows more personalized medicine designed for the individual and not the masses. Members have unlimited access to their provider and are offered same-day or next-day appointments. Charles is focused on wellness and prevention, rather than chasing disease and waiting for reimbursements from insurance companies and Medicare.

    Married to jackie for nearly 40 years, they have 2 married children, and 5 grandchildren. Charles is a Tennessee native, but has made Pensacola his home for over 30 years. after much prayer, consulting, and preparation, they are ready and excited to start this next chapter in life!
